|
My painful heart is cracked long ago
My painful heart has cracked long ago,
My houses remain behind me.
When my hair turns grey and all unrests are gone,
whose God am I going to pray to?
When I wake up in a bed of white roses
and look through the window of my life,
which Sun is going to warm up my body,
and which Clouds will be my refuge.
Am I strong enough to confront own self,
to touch gently my own arm.
Am I to bow to my ancestors’ graves.
Am I to find solace when I open a door.
My bone marrow will remain when I’m gone,
and my soul will depart to a new constellation.
Can I say farewell to myself,
knowing that life has to start again? |
