I live in armor of fear
I’ve been living in armour of fear,
my whole life.
And I ask myself Am I still alive
or already dead long ago?
Is somebody the keeper of my living ashes.
I’ll not forgive myself the loneliness,
but I’ll not pronounce a sentence upon me.
Let others judge me, a dying person then,
but the same one now.
If you go, are you coming back?
Do you think we’ll meet sometimes,
at night, behind the moon, you and I alone.
The moon, my devote companion,
will never desert us. |
